What is StepZone – The Floor is Lava?
You might remember the game from your childhood: jumping from couch to table without touching the ground, because “the floor is lava!” At LaserQuest Nijmegen, we’re taking this classic concept to a whole new level. With a high-tech LED floor and motion sensors, the room transforms into a fully interactive game zone. As soon as the game starts, the floor lights up in different colors. The red tiles represent lava – and of course, you’re not allowed to step on them.
The goal is simple: keep moving, avoid the lava, and score points. It may sound easy, but as the game progresses, it gets more and more challenging!
In addition to The Floor is Lava, several other game modes are available too – like Memory, Challenge, and more.
